Advised shareholders on a major UK corporate disposal to a Hang Seng listed company. Advised shareholders on the sale of a specialist Irish manufacturing and IP group to a listed Scandinavian company.Investment into Ireland
We are currently structuring the set up in Ireland of a global manufacturing and R&D hub for a medical devices firm.
Businesses Restructuring
We are actively working with Receivers/Liquidators and Corporate Recovery Specialists to advise them on the tax implications of various structures they have inherited and are working with them to devise new structures that better meet the businesses current requirements.
