About Tom

Tom joined the firm in June 2002 from PwC is currently the Managing Director of Warren & Partners.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants, having qualified in 1995. Tom is also an Associate of the Irish Taxation Institute and a Chartered Tax Adviser.

Tom has over 20 years of taxation experience. Prior to joining Warren & Partners, Tom worked in the taxation department of RSM Farrell Grant Sparks for four years and in PwC's taxation department for a further four years. Tom advises personal and corporate tax clients such as High Net Worth Individuals, Executives, Partnerships, Start Up Companies (particularly in the technology and pharma industries), and sizeable Irish Private Companies.

Over several years, Tom has lectured on topical taxation issues for the Irish Taxation Institute and various Business Groups, including the Construction Industry Federation. He has also written articles for the Irish Tax Review journal, which is published quarterly by the Irish Taxation Institute.

Tom has extensive knowledge of all areas of Irish taxation and has a particular interest in tax planning for High Net Worth Individuals, Family Owned Private Companies, Foreign Companies setting up in Ireland and Irish companies expanding abroad.
