Kevin Warren BSc, FCA, AITI CTA

Kevin is Managing Director of Warren & Partners, which he established in 1994. He is also the Managing Director of Warren Private Clients, a leading advisor in the structuring, development and syndication of large-scale property and tax based deals, which he established in 2002

Kevin holds a degree in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and achieved first place in the final exams of the Irish Taxation Institute in 1980.

Kevin joined PwC in 1980 and worked for 14 years in their Tax Group, including 7 years as a Tax Partner. During this time, Kevin gave advice on a range of taxation issues to clients as diverse as High Net Worth Individuals, Partnerships, Multi-National Companies, Irish plc's and sizeable Irish Private Companies.

In addition, he was for many years in charge of the Personal Tax Consultancy Group and the Executive Benefit Service Group in PwC.

Kevin has in the past lectured, extensively on topical taxation issues under the auspices of the Irish Taxation Institute, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and various Business Groups.

Kevin commenced his career in the Irish Civil Service and achieved first place in the exams of the Institute of Public Administration in 1978. Between 1978 and 1980, Kevin worked as an Inspector of Taxes with the Irish Revenue.

Kevin has an in-depth knowledge of all areas of taxation, including tax planning for High Net Worth Individuals, Corporate Tax Planning and International Tax Planning.
