David Kehoe

David is a Partner in Warren & Partners with over 15 years’ experience working in taxation and business advisory services.

David leads the delivery of corporate and VAT advice to our domestic and international client base and has a breadth of practical knowledge in all areas of taxation including tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their families with a particular focus on inter-generational asset transfers, indigenous business owners and Irish SMEs, corporate restructurings, structuring Irish and international property transactions, including a detailed understanding of VAT as it applies to property.

David graduated from Technological University Dublin (TUD) in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) degree and went on to complete a Masters in Accounting in Dublin City University (DCU) in 2007.

Following the completion of his Masters, David began working in the Financial Services Tax Department in a “Big 4” firm in 2007 where he qualified as both a Chartered Accountant (FCA) with Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and as a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA) with the Irish Tax Institute (ITI). David travelled to South America, Australia and New Zealand in 2010 before returning to work with a “Big 4” and a leading mid-sized firm for a further two years prior to joining Warren & Partners in 2013.

Since joining Warren & Partners, David has become an integral member of the team advising on a wide range of domestic and international corporate clients from start-up through to preparation for sale. In addition, David has developed an in-depth knowledge of trust taxation and inheritance taxes, with a particular focus on planning founder exits, gift and inheritance taxes, family partnerships, trusts and a wide variety of business advisory issues.
