Sinead Scanlan
Sinead is an Associate Tax Director in Warren & Partners having joined the Firm in October 2010.
Sinead has over 20 years experience working in tax. She advises high net worth individuals and Irish indigenous businesses on a wide range of topics including income and capital transaction planning together with relates issues such as Revenue audits and investigations and business structuring.
Sinead have a particular interest in global mobility related tax matters and specialises in advising clients relocating to Ireland and a number of high-level executives working for multinationals based in Ireland. She also advises senior management of a number of multinationals in relation to the tax consequences of their participation in various share schemes.
Prior to joining Warren & Partners, Sinead worked in the taxation department of a top 10 accountancy firm. Sinead is a Certified Tax Advisor (CTA) with the Irish Tax Institute (ITI).
Sinead graduated from TU Dublin with a Business and Accountancy degree.
